Hope this is alright!

[Saying Illya is on edge would be like saying a Russian winter is nippy. Yet he soldiers forward, out of a lack of anything else to do. That is, until he notices the woman.

She's hard to spot, initially. But he has been doing this for a surprisingly long time, for a man as young as he. (The fact that he is the KGB's youngest recruit is somewhat known, but he thinks it would surprise people to learn that he isn't even 30 yet.) A tail would not escape his notice forever.

The woman must be from the government. The civilians are hostile, but nothing about their mannerism suggests that they are trained, or indeed brave. They scowl as they please but the second he meets someone's eyes, they look away. No one is jumping to cross his path, that's for certain.

So how does he deal with this? How can he, being somewhere so new. His pumping blood cries out for a fight, but his mind recognizes he is alone with no back up. He needs to get creative.

A charming little coffeeshop comes into the view. It has tables set up outside (why, he doesn't know, it's disgustingly hot outside). Illya does not hesitate. He takes a seat. It's a public area, so he has some sort of cover. At the same time, it's very much a challenge.

I am right here if you want me.
