Ouch, that term actually stung at the moment, especially since it wasn't coming from Ben. Ben who wasn't here and who knew how far apart they were. It was strange, being so far away from him. Fredkin University was just a drive away and that had really been the furthest she'd ever been from him (unless you counted the time Attea shot him into space).

She looks down into her drink but doesn't drink it. "Only my cousin calls me that." She knows she's going to have to get used to the fact that people who aren't the ones she's used to are going to say this stuff and that the people she knows aren't here; but for now she'll let herself indulge in feeling sad about it - if just for a little while.
