THE MISTLETOE MEME

It was a quiet moment in the imPort cities, when the next devious plot of an unknown organization was realized. With the holiday season upon all the town, bundles of mistletoe with interference technology hidden in the festive bows and pins holding them together was distributed throughout the town and into all the residences of the imPorts.

The interference technology creates a stasis field keeping imPorts trapped underneath it, protecting the mistletoe itself with a small barrier. However, it only seems able to hold two people at a time, and and the reaction of the nanites to sudden changes in chemistry brought on by embracing or kissing brings the stasis field crashing down, leaving the mistletoe vulnerable to destruction at that time.

It's up to you, imPorts, to break free of these mistletoe traps and destroy all the mistletoe in the cities!

[it really is, since only one of those options makes her want to gag her nonexistent lungs up. Hazel cants her head to the side, expression still sour but now tinged with bits of thoughtfulness here and there. she's considering something.]

[ He's been put into a headlock enough times to know what this is, and not think that Hazel is trying to strangle him to death or something. However, that doesn't mean he doesn't have a kneejerk reaction to it.

Kangmo shoves aggressively at her arms, yelling loudly as he tries to push her away from him so she can't get an arm around him. ]

You want to get out, don't you? Then fucking stay still!

[she fights back with just as much energy, shouting to try and make herself seem a lot more intimidating than a girl of her size and statue should be.]

[ It's not happening, he's still struggling against her. He's been thrown out a window by her, she doesn't need to try to intimidate him, he knows he can hurt her, which is part of why he's not really looking to have her wrap her angry little arms around his throat.

Just imagine if she remembers how he blackmailed her when she's got him by the neck? He'll pass... ]

[ A hard shove to get his head and neck free of her arm, and now trying to hold her as far away as his arms will stretch. ]

--stupid plan!

[she keeps reaching for him, although her shorter wingspan makes this a futile effort. doesn't stop Hazel from flailing her arms in an attempt to at least smack him around and make him sorry for existing, though.]

[ She's not about to hit his face with those little arms, but she does get his own arm several times, and makes him wince. It's a shame she doesn't feel pain herself, or she might make her hand sore enough to stop herself.

He snorts in agitation at her comment. ]

You hold still and I'll put you in a headlock then!

[slap slap slap slap. Hazel is going to windmill her arms to her heart's content, until either Kangmo or the mistletoe itself gives up. she's not particularly picky which it is.]

[ He tries to grab hold of one of his arms and starts trying to wrestle her still. He has no idea what that's supposed to mean (a jab at him for getting beaten up by her twice maybe?), but he's not amused. ]

[ You wanna bet? You wanna see him put you in a headlock right now? Well he's going to try to drag her over and do it at least. ]

[THE ONLY ONE DELIVERING HEADLOCKS WILL BE HER which means that the moment he decides to try and turn the tables she starts fighting him, dedicated to as much stupid wrestling as she can possibly dish out in order to prevent this terrible fate.

considering she weighs maybe forty-two pounds soaking wet, this is either going to end up a contest of wills or devolve into biting. Kangmo better hope for a quick victory if he wants to avoid either.]

[ He's trying for it, but she's so flaily it's hard. He's trying to grab one of her arms so he can get it to stop swinging around, and pull her closer at the same time. She better appreciate the fact that he applies deodorant every day, unlike a lot of boys his age!

Though... can she smell? She can see and hear, so maybe? Maybe it's better not to ask which of her senses she has and which she doesn't, and just focus on putting her in a headlock and never talking to her again. ]

[yeeeep, here comes the biting. Hazel's senses may be up for debate, but Kangmo's aren't and her teeth are sharp. her legs start working overtime simultaneously to compensate for the fact that one of her arms has been captured. she may be down, but she's far from out.]
