[It's not an uncommon thing, in dreams, for the setting to change wildly from one moment to the next, so suddenly finding herself in the Porter lab wasn't as distressing for Paprika as it is for most people. What's weird, though, is that she was pretty sure she wasn't asleep, and there was only one time she could name when she'd been awake and looked like this. Something felt off, somehow, something wasn't right about all this. Something was missing.
Despite that, though, she's finding that she's... not too worried. What's rising to the forefront of her mind is that she's never been to Florida before, much less the Florida of another dimension, and there are flying cars, and everything is just so different and new. Who could blame her for being a little excited? Well, Atsuko could, but...
She happily takes the offered ride into Heropa, and gets straight to exploring. But she's hardly oblivious to the tension in the air. At one point, she gets to overhear most of a somewhat heated argument about imPorts, between two people who have no idea there's one standing right next to them. ("... but after everything that's happened 'cause of them, we shouldn't be letting them live this close to us, at least." "Well, like, what do you want 'em to do? Round 'em up into camps? I mean, who'd even be able to?" "That's not what I'm saying...")
Hm. You know what, maybe she should find out what she's actually gotten herself into here. Asking about recent events will totally blow her cover, though, because how would you not know, right? She ought to find a like-minded individual, instead. Another imPort? Yeah, let's find another imPort. So, if you look out of place, she'll just sidle up to you wherever to say hi.]
'Scuse me - do you live around here?

[Weeeell not sure how she blew her cover here, but the cover, it is blown. And suddenly, a wealth of opportunities is not so much laid at her feet as shoved in her face.]
Oh! Well, I'm flattered, but y'know, I just got here...
[She tries politely refusing at first, but it just keeps happening, so she tries to change the subject and slip away, but she can't... Unnoticed by most, her reflection in a nearby store window (independent of what she's actually doing) starts making desperate "HELP ME" gestures at anybody who looks like they're thinkin' about it.]
Paprika | the movie has the same name as the character but I don't want to write it twice
