hahah well i would say not necessarily 'evil' on kogami's end. in terms of ~classic~ alignments he pretty much always falls on the side of 'good', just....goes from the lawful version of it to the chaotic version of it, ultimately, due to a loss of faith in the system to achieve that 'good' as he sees it.

but kavinsky could definitely fan some flames of frustration with the system here as evidence it's not working?? if that makes sense. c:
