Wow. That far back. Rick couldn't talk about what he experienced back home. While he had taken a few weeks to swallow it down and get back to his routine, it still haunted him -- every time he went to sleep at night, every time he had a moment to think freely, every time he didn't distract himself. Even now, his expression faltered a bit and he had no doubt Daryl would notice it. But Rick offered no explanation. No words about where he was from. And instead took the way out Daryl was offering him -- talking about the government.
