( THE BASICS ) Name: Miles Edgeworth Canon: Ace Attorney Character's (approximate) age: 34 Character's powers: Guilt manipulation! He can force guilt on your amoral psychopath, or accidentally force it on your perfectly nice person. In time, he'll also be able to alleviate guilt. Is your character registered/will they be?: Yes! Where does your character live?: Residence 21, best residence ever Are you looking for roommates?: No, we're good. What is your character's job?: Prosecutor!
( THE DETAILS ) RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Edgeworth's skills include Logic and Truth and Being Kind of Weirdly Nice in an Oddly Cold Way. He's also a very good, very competent lawyer who doesn't do well with emotions or kindness and tries to act cool but really is just sort of an awkward nerd who will freak out internally when people are sweet to him. In terms of needs, he always needs a puzzle or some problem to resolve. And if he doesn't have one, he will create one. What are your character's plans?: Prosecuting! Helping the community. Trying to establish a fund that will keep people from having to register. Being a moderate voice of caution. Urging compassion. Seeking out a new nerdy passion since this universe doesn't have the Steel Samurai :( Does your character have a secret identity?: Ha ha ha nope. Is your character open for pairings?: Potentially! He's pretty work-focused. Man I would kill for someone to have a crush on him that he's completely oblivious to, though, that shit is canon like seven times over Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes! I want to keep it relatively limited for the sake of not causing undue stress to his CR, but Edgeworth pokes his nose where it doesn't belong and he does so recklessly, so I'm always up for playing the fallout from that. Is your character interested in teams?: If there's a Superheroes Who Don't Actually Hero But Just File Paperwork Team, yes. (Actually, I'd be super interested in getting him involved in a team - he makes a very good organizer/dispatcher, and I figure it's only so long before he becomes deeply disgusted with the government and gets more okay with the heroing stuff.) What kind of plots are you after?: Crime plots! I would love to have him either prosecute your character for a crime or prosecute someone who committed a crime against your character. (Also optional is for your character to be falsely accused - if that's the case, you're in good hands with Edgeworth as your prosecutor, as he will inevitably find out the truth of the accusations against you.) Also, general mystery plots - like I said, Edgeworth looooves untangling mysteries...And also just general CR building, I would like Edgeworth to be the awkward uncle of at least 40% of the city, thank you Anything else?: JUSTICE
