Haha no! HIGH ENERGY AND MANIC IS GREAT if only because Roy is not usually like that. But yes, I would love more CR, and Roy would be interested in getting involved in a system like that! He is registered, and plans to stay that way, so if it meant that it would be through vigilantism/something illegal, he would probably try and play off his involvement as just trying to keep an eye out as a registered hero. But he would love to help and get involved either way so sign him up!
