actually no! because in canon, when Dorian gets organs removed, weird things happen and when you include external factors one almost became semi-sentient that one time and that was weird.

thankfully, this doesn't happen ingame but yeah, we're gonna only send organs to people that Dorian knows aren't gonna mess with them.
