One thing I'd like to do with Kyle is to have him create/support/promote a teen support center to help with powers, but also create search and rescue teams of underage teens, so they feel like they have stuff to do.

IDK if that would interest Jaime/Blue Beetle to create actual teams, but if it doooeeesss...
