definitely yes to this too! but hey, bruce is pretty good friends with oliver queen, so never say never to reluctant friendships. i'm not 100 on whether or not bruce would make arrows for him because of the whole not-killing-thing? but if he's looking for non-fatal ones then he'd probably be down after some introductions.
