[ Reggie gives the costumed teenagers an appraising lookover, one eyebrow raised as his sips his free (and slightly boozy, though it didn't come that way) iced tea. It's still around midday, so there's no direct evidence to a crime; it really just seems like a group of people posing for the drama of it, a fact which Reggie can't condemn on its own. So, like any sensible person, he gets some photos and selfies taken with them.
He also, apropos of nothing else, happens to be shirtless; the fact that his pant legs have been rolled up to his knees and he has a maroon hoodie tied around his waist is probably enough to convey the reason why.
After Reggie and the Birds have exchanged instagram information, they disperse and Reggie continues walking and sipping his drink, scrolling on his communicator to look at the photos and look them up online, but then: ]
Oh, what. You have got to kidding me. [ He stops, looking affronted. ] I have to actually make a new account? What the hell kind of crappy futureland is this?

[ The city might not look so good, but frankly, Reggie barely notices; he drinks in the attention easily enough, answering whatever questions he can answer, or just making things up when he has no idea what the locals are talking about.
Most of all, though, he's happy to take up one of the many nightclub offers, and once instead he'll alternate his time at the bar, dancing out on the floor, or collapsing on a couch whenever he needs a break or a breather. If you're real nice to him, maybe he'll even use his power to add (more) booze to your drink, who knows? At the very least, just try and stop him from flirting or dancing close-- hopefully not spilling any drinks. ]
