Akira Kurusu | Persona 5

Akira didn't understand this hype. Sure, he'd experienced it himself for a hot minute during the heyday of the Phantom Thieves, but it had come and gone so quickly, and certainly never warranted some kind of crazy spandex costumes and introducing yourselves in front of a huge audience, right? Well, maybe.

He was here trying to be a Totally Normal Teenager right now, silently looking on for the most part as the scene unfolded. He was a little curious, but more curious was how the criminal they'd just attempted to apprehend had gotten away as the teens started their showboating. Akira's expression hardened, lips pulled tightly shut as he bit back some amount of distate for the whole affair and instead slipped off to find somewhere that was more private before he took on the task of going after the mugger that was taking off into the darkness.

With a flash of blue fire, Akira was Joker again, and he took off after the man, and his stolen goods. Let them have their limelight, he wasn't going to let injustice go on. Fame wasn't worth it.

"Arsene!" he called out, his Persona manifesting, a clawed hand extended in the direction of the running man, who picked up his pace in a very apt panic, but it wasn't any use. Those claws didn't need to get any closer, as powerful curse magic caught up to him quickly, putting the man down. But not, as anyone would notice, killing him. That wasn't his MO.

Landing nearby to where he'd fallen, Joker knelt to pick up the purse that had been absconded with. Guess it was time to return it.

No, this was the opposite of Akira's idea of a good time. Well, maybe not the opposite, but this bar was Big and Full. There were a lot of people here, and this was not what bars were like in Japan.

And honestly, they couldn't have overlooked the fact that Akira definitely didn't look like someone who belonged in a bar. He was tall enough, sure, but he was lankly, dressed in a school uniform, and he wore huge nerd glasses. Then again, there was atornado warning, so he GUESSED it could be worse. It wasn't like he was going to be drinking, anyway. No, what caleld to him was the challenge of that mechanical bull.

Yeah, he had to tame that.

He was still quite silent as he pushed his way closer, getting on the bull while numerous people both jeered and cheered, some skeptical, some questioning why a kid was allowed in here(it's an emergency, duh), and some just hoping for a good show before he is flung.

He's determined, though, his jaw set and brows low as he gripped the bull. It starts out normal enough, if it could be normal for a Japanese teen, but soon enough it starts saying things to him that make it harder to concentrate. "They've already forgotten." Yeah, okay, they probably did. That's fine.

"You didn't change anything." His jaw tightened a little, trying not to argue with some accursed robotic bull. It wasn't right, though, he just had to think of it that way, but boy that was making it harder to keep his grip.

"Everything you did was for nothing."

[OOC: Either format works for me! Idk if I'll be apping or anything, but I wanted to play him a little.]
