But coming here, I've heard that some people were there for as long as... six, seven years. And some are still here.

[Shrug] That's definitely not the average, though. To me, it looks like a year is pretty close to average, though. Maybe... the majority stay somewhere in the ballpark of 6 months to two years, but that's still a pretty wide range. The ones that have been here for multiple years are really the outliers.
