"Alex is gone," he says, because he's not sure if Charles knows that yet. "And we recovered Warren's body from the wreckage." He doesn't even know if Charles knows who Warren is; he hadn't exactly been one of the X-Men, or around long enough to even introduce himself. But he says Warren because he doesn't want to say the name Angel, even after all these years. "Psylocke disappeared."

So one casualty for the X-Men, two for Apocalypse and-- "Peter broke his leg." Other than that, everyone seemed mostly fine. Even the goldfish and the bulldog were alright. Erik remembers thinking what a miracle that was, afterwards.

"I think you were just looking forward to teaching again. None of the students wanted to leave."
