It is yes! I think we'll probably need to submit a plot request and see what the Mods think, hopefully they'll approve.
It'll be a good outcome for all- The Constellation gets a useful new member, Iwai gets membership and a source of weapons, and Gemini gets someone who owes her a favour. Everyone's happy! (except for the good guys).
