Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

Skills: Programming, data mining, snarking, creating some pretty impressive backgrounds for fictional people.

Dislikes: He's a pretty private person, so he dislikes nosey people

Likes: His dog Bear, computers, Sencha Green Tea, privacy, books - rare first editions!
What are your character's plans?: At the moment he's trying to figure out who he wants to be in 'public' and how to layer in some secret identities to hop between as he feels the need.
Does your character have a secret identity?: His entire identity is a secret. He's in official public records as Harold Whistler, though I imagine the government knows most of the names he's used back home. It's a very long list.
Is your character open for pairings?: Not especially.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Mild injuries sure thing! He's already pretty fragile physically speaking and since he's still pretty vulnerable I'd like to stay towards the milder end of the spectrum until he has some sort of support system here in MoM.
Is your character interested in teams?: Not especially
What kind of plots are you after?: I don't know that I'm after anything specific right at the moment, he's still settling in and I like to let these things develop organically. Probably plots that need computer or programming expertise, he's not exactly designed for field work ... though he is capable if the need arises!
Anything else?: Let's be real. You're all here for Bear.

If Sabriel learns that he's good at computer programming, she'll be curious, since it's... not a skill she has much experience with.

This is something for me to aspire to see happen, because he does like to show off his computer programming skills a little ... in the right circumstances.

Also he needs to learn that magic can actually be real and be properly amazed by this!

Heck yeah she loves showing off Charter Magic! (necromancy is a different story)

I believe Harold would be perfectly happy to stay away from necromancy!!

Kaneki and Finch haven't met, but i'd love for them too. idk if he is interested in teaching anything-computer (hacking, programming, etc), but Kaneki has been interested in learning all about it.

It has a way of doing that, hurting the soul. :(

From what we've seen in bits and pieces of canon while teaching wouldn't be something that comes as a regular thought to him, when he's had the chance he seems to have enjoyed it!

I think he'd definitely be willing to provide basics or at least provide Kaneki with the tools to be able to ask other coders for what he needs?

kaneki is willing to learn anything! he is q very quick learned and is super interested in this sort of stuff, so he'd be happy with any help!

do you have any way dfor them to meet? i know Finch is super secretive, after all. if it helps, kaneki has asked on the network for help on this (and hacking) , before!

Probably the best way for them to actually meet would be a face to face encounter, since Harold hides his identity across the network.

Though if you'd be up for them kinda dancing around each other for a bit, we could do network stuff under the 'other' identities? For instance, if Harold saw Kaneki post about needing/wanting help, he'd jump on it!

kaneki already did a network post asking for help to learn about hacking and such once before, so it's a bit tricky to do another.

So maybe face to face would work better? Kaneki has a coffee shop, if you ever need an excuse for it!

I think these two would make for some very interesting CR- mutually government-distrustful, sneaky hackergeeks! Duo, being a former anti-government freedom fighter, would be very interested in Harold's past and ideas (and his work, but not in a threatening way like he's used to). Duo lurks and collects information from the network constantly, if this is something that interests him as well.

I can't promise that it will be easy to get Harold to talk about what he's done, even in canon we never get the full scope of his history, just snippets!

But it would be something I'd be up for working towards!

Haha, that's fair! Even just general coding/hackertalk is something Duo would enjoy, especially with someone who comes from a similar mindset.
