basically she and jean got to talking and disagreed about literally everything except that people dying is bad
but because people had died at both recent import events they decided some kind of team to oversee these events as sort of first-responders to any crisis that might break out would be a really good idea
then they disagreed about almost everything else about it until they eventually came to the concession that they'd need more than just the two of them and maybe armin, who had not even been asked yet

Where does your character live?: UHHH he's a little bit homeless.
Are you looking for roommates?: And a roof in general, sure.
What is your character's job?: Was graphic design but he never showed up!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Delsin enjoys damning the man and being obnoxious; yes fun, no responsibility. He's not a big fan of the government and the programs they're running and will be pretty quick to share his opinions. Urgent needs include a roof and possibly some kind of income!! He's actually a good fighter, if pretty reckless, and he can be shockingly diplomatic and intuitive if he puts the effort in. Also he's being kind of emotionally constipated atm, so if anyone wants try to talk feelings, that'd be nice too.
What are your character's plans?: Nothing major! He will eventually get sick of sitting around, so he'll either find trouble or keep an eye out for people who are as distrustful of the government as he is and make some. Otherwise he might get out of Heropa soon since smaller cities don't do his powers a lot of favors.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Not even a little bit.
Is your character open for pairings?: If something develops, sure! He's easy.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Sure. He has pretty advanced healing, so he can bounce back quickly from most things.
Is your character interested in teams?: Yes!
What kind of plots are you after?: Anything!! Making more friends, enemies, frienemies, whatever. If there are any good guys who would be dumb enough to team up and go after the government or try to steal info or something, yyy to that.

I'm not sure exactly what she'll be doing, but she hasn't paid much attention to the crime world here and that'll be changing, so it's possible they can run into each other that way.

And she's met Venom so the spidey suit is kind of recognizable now.

Yeah, Isayama keeps not killing a lot of the characters that later on he goes "yeah... they were supposed to be dead." What's that count at now, Sasha, Connie, Levi, probably freaking everyone... or the bad ending that once upon a time was going to be the entirety of this series.
