Character's (approximate) age: 38
Character's powers: He can breathe underwater, has night vision on par with animals (so if he gets hit with a light/whatever they'll shine because that's what you want to see when you meet a dude for the first time somewhere later in the evening), and he can repair cups/mugs/glasses/teacups/w/e that breaks.
Is your character registered/will they be?: He is registered!
Where does your character live?: Heropa #008 at the moment. Might be moving soon.
Are you looking for roommates?: UHHH Will isn't but if the house has room someone else might be!
What is your character's job?: He owns a bait and tackle shop and no one can take that from him thanks

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He likes dogs more than people, fishing more than being around people, making lures away from people, drinking whiskey after he "finds" another stray that's been abandoned by people while he's also away from people, and he dislikes having to do too much with people. Cats are possibly on the dislike list, just tosses them out the window who cares about cats. He's got this stupid empathy power that made him in SUCH HIGH DEMAND with the FBI and it (or so he thinks) kind of destroyed his life so hahaha fuck the government and law enforcement work, no one can drag him back into that (UNLESS THERE IS SUCH!! A BIG NEED!!!! FOR HELP!!!). Other than super empathy mode for the FBI, he's good at, shockingly, fishing and dogs. Tinkers on boat motors/fixes things and he's pretty good with bugs. He wrote the standard on how to tell time of death by insect activity so yeah the guy knows his bugs, especially the ones attracted to DEAD BODIES. Isn't that nice.
What are your character's plans?: I want to have him move to De Chima soon, but last I checked, no one was there! Which is great for Will but not so great for more CR/open logs unless he just hops back to Heropa/visits somewhere else. He plans to keep an eye on Freddie Lounds and Frederick Chilton and Abel Gideon and not really talk to them on the network in public he has no idea who these people are hahahahaha why do people keep asking ha...as he encourages a war with mounted marlins. BUT. His ~murderer~ thing has been mentioned publicly in a catfight with Freddie Lounds and Edgeworth so anyone who'd want to get in on that there you go!

Is your character interested in teams?: Depends on what the team is for (DO YOU NEED HELP DRAGGING IN A HUGE FISH HE CAN HELP THAT). He'd rather do his own thing but if there's a group effort and he can kind of beat around the background and it has a good purpose IT IS POSSIBLE
What kind of plots are you after?: I'd really like for him to end up talking to/running into bad dudes/villains/crazy ass bastards who aren't "outed" or anything and see where that goes, the kind that latches onto the abnormal ~good guys~. Anyone who did law enforcement back in their world (or, on the flip side, had trouble with them but not for SUPER TERRIBLE THINGS) who are either distanced from doing it anymore OR would try to kind of push him into doing it again without saying he explicitly HAD to. DOGS AND PEOPLE WHO LIKE DOGS fish dinners fish dinners for miles. People who are interested in the sort of crap people who deal with murder see but not on the "WHAT'S THE SICKEST THING YOU EVER SAW OMG DEETS" way. Teenagers he can stare at and think "oh God will I accidentally eat your ear no get away." Also dogs.
