Character's powers: Immortality (his physical body cannot age or be harmed in any way), possession (can leave his body as a ghost and inhabit other objects), manipulation (of inanimate objects, animals and people, lol)
Is your character registered/will they be?: Unregistered and on the lam, currently
Where does your character live?: He's hiding out at the Devil's Nest in Maurtia Falls... or at least, his body is hiding there. His ghost is all around and about.
Are you looking for roommates?: No
What is your character's job?: Formerly a systems analyst in Heropa. Currently, a criminal at large

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:
Skills: Computers (an expert hacker, programmer, etc), infiltration (as a ghost), information-dealing, forcing people to do things against their will (but only for a good reason)
Likes: Computers, cats, brief snatches of feeling "alive" (accomplished by possessing others), people who are sympathetic to his plight
Dislikes: Cops, prosecutors, politicians or any other authority figures, self-righteous people, anyone currently trying to catch him.
What are your character's plans?: After his crime spree shenanigans, Yomiel faked his death and fled to Maurtia Falls, where he is now working for Greed. He is recognized as a criminal by the government, though he'll actually be laying off the criminal acts for a while until the coast is clear. Still totally open to having him personally bother someone or work with other criminals as part of a mission for Greed.
Does your character have a secret identity?: "The Manipulator" he didn't make it up okay he would have gone with something WAY COOLER not really
Is your character open for pairings?: Good luck with that. Though again... I'd love some kind of twisted unrequited thing.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yomiel literally can't be harmed. As far as harming others goes, I'm totally open to it, but he has to have a good reason to do so.
Is your character interested in teams?: Not unless you work for Greed.
What kind of plots are you after?:

- Shady plots with fellow criminals. Yomiel is working for Greed at the moment, so anyone who has contact with him has an easy way to get into Yomiel's company. I am also up for having him establish some criminal connections on his own, but he is thoroughly uninterested megalomaniacal types or people who are evil for evil's sake.

- Friendship, awww. Yomiel's a dick but he is also desperately lonely and will appreciate anything he sees as people genuinely liking him and being his friend.

- CASTMATES OH GOD

Anything else?: It's kind of confusing because Yomiel has been dropping all kinds of hints to different people. Some people know him as Sissel (and know that Sissel is the Manipulator). Others know him as Yomiel (but NOT as the Manipulator.) The fact that the Manipulator's name is Yomiel is not public knowledge at all.
