It's water, so it's still something that can put her out which makes rain Dangerous and Something To Avoid. Though FP would probably be a bit confused why Roy wouldn't like rain, since he's not a fire elemental and wouldn't have to worry about rain being potentially deadly. so that could be something for them to talk about idk???????
