There is nothing in Viago's canon to suggest that vampires absorb any memory or characteristics, but I feel like that would be a fun thing to incorporate on occasion. So maybe he would get some flashes of fuzzies but not be overly taxed? He's not a particularly powerful vampire like Lestat so it'd probably effect him less.

Mostly I'm just laughing at the thought of Viago sipping on a weed-infused juicebox. He'd probably just immediately want to take a nap.
