Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!
( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: she is a girly gumshoe, a nancy drew type. she's a dog with a bone but also sweet and loving. she can cook and take care of people, she's even tempered until she's pushed to a certain point.
What are your character's plans?: she wants to start some kind of underground newspaper possibly.
Does your character have a secret identity?: no, she does not but she has a private, darker side to her personality.
Is your character open for pairings?: no, she's got her boyfriend jughead here.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Sure! I am open to drama happening to her.

What kind of plots are you after?: FRIENDS. specifically girls who can be her friends. she needs someone who is more bold and outgoing to drag her out to be a better teenager instead of the secret nerd that she is. she needs someone to butt heads with and i'd be open to someone taking advantage of her kindness.

Because there's the minor matter of Gem being an amnesiac assassin/spy who's forgotten that she's a thoroughly bad person, and maybe once she remembers that she can try taking advantage of Betty and exploring that darker side?
