Veronica cares so very much about Bodhi and the rest of the Rogue One cast to the point where I'm p sure she practically considers them family, and she treats them accordingly, worrying about them and cooking for them and shit like that. Bodhi is one of the two longest-lasting members of Rogue One here, and so Veronica has developed a special fondness for both of them and a deep worry for Bodhi bc unlike Kay, Bodhi's a squishy human person, and she's already seen him dead once, that's not something she wants to go through again. she worries about him but at the same time she kind of admires him a little bc in her opinion when she was in his position she tried to hold on to what she had despite the warning signs at the time, instead of doing the Right Thing. he's like, a Good Person to her. but also a squishy person who might die AGAIN pls don't.
