Jonathan doesn't know much about Lucien, other than what he knows from the dream, as well as assuming he's probably the one posting those Dark Brotherhood posts. However, he strongly disapproves of the whole assassination thing, but since he doesn't actually know his name or who he is beyond being a member of a murder cult that recruits people in their dreams, he can't really do much about it.
