[That was part of what made him uneasy.] The only order I know any of them gave Rex was authorizing him to join the police force. He said he wasn't getting orders unless it was 'necessary', because he was the only one there. [Which--it wasn't healthy to be following Jedi in the first place, but it also wasn't healthy to be left without direction. It was unpleasant to know that Rex had mostly been abandoned and then think 'Good.']
