Between the mix of it being a surprise attack, and the extreme speed of it, most aren't capable. Yet, Andy is. That's worrying. Both he and Golisopod can feel their hearts drop with the realization and the next few seconds play out like minutes.
Golisopod's attack misses, Andy dodges to the side, and then lunges towards Guzma, right past the big (and yes he's a very good boy) bug. Guzma bodily reacts with a jump, and he takes a few hurried steps back to try to give himself some more distance. Even with his own powers, he's not quite used to them, and he doesn't know what the hell she even has going on. But if she could dodge Golisopod's speed like that, then his own wouldn't even compare.]
