She follows after a brief hesitation, worrying at her ear unconsciously. It aches, and she's trying very hard not to think about how strange things sound. She freaked out, when she first woke up in the compound: sounds were off, her ear throbbed, and for a while she couldn't catch her breath. Too many possibilities shot through her head, then: do burst ear drums heal, will this affect her pitch, is she going to be able to play again, should she ever play again?
It hasn't been enough time to swallow any of this, really, but at least she doesn't crumple at the thoughts, now.
