Chrollo allowed him to join, and as Hisoka and the others have seen, he is a particular judge of character. It's far-fetched to think Chrollo was really all that surprised by Hisoka's reveal that he had been tricking them with texture surprise that entire time. Chrollo is smart, and Hisoka knows he is- loves that he is. Ontop of that, Chrollo's poker face is rather perfect.

Hisoka smiles a little wider, seeing Chrollo's expression smooth over for a moment. Thinking so hard are we? Lifts his head as he looks at him again, brows up.

"Compliments will get you everywhere- for most. But you know what I want. Weren't we talking about you?" A 'hn' like sound, small laugh as he cocks his head to the side. Chrollo is changing the subject. He isn't sure why. Could it be that he's right about him having something more as far as powers go? To go as far to compliment him before asking to see his own powers. But Hisoka isn't against showing him. Hiding his powers is the opposite of what he'd like to do as far as Chrollo is concerned.

"Would you trade more information for a demonstration?" Smiles, cupping a hand near his cheek, placing his pinky just over his bottom lip.
