I don't consider surviving pathetic, for what it's worth. I don't know what all you've gone through, but I know someone with a knack for staying alive when I talk to them. You could probably survive a lot of things I couldn't, too.

A good kid, who never got much of a chance to actually be one. It's a shitty situation, but at least something good came out of it.
