How does this work? It's easy!

⒈ Make a thread for yourself or a comment with your character's name on it. Reply to that post with your filled out forms for organization's sake.
⒉ Comment to other people! See if their answers fit anything you're looking for and if yours fit anything they are. Don't be intimidated, carpe diem, we like to party.

Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Where can your character commonly be found? Places that might enable chance meetings, or give a basis for common ground!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. Week has been crazy as the last. I’m also open! I’ll take some time today to think over what I want to tackle and hit this back up. I remember magic knight ray earth! It’s an old favorite.

I agree the mecha of the series are a little similar to voltron lions.

Not yet! I took it over earlier in the year when the bar's former owner left the game [and their character dumped their ownership on Crane], but haven't given it much thought. If it helps, I can start writing something up and submit it to the business page.

And it is! Though Crane's hiding in plain sight when it comes to committing crimes. He's rebuilding his reputation and doesn't want to risk it too much BUT he knows people who are employing. Both NPCs and PCs.

Might be interesting if your guy came up and went "Gimme a crime job". Threw that temptation right in his face.

Also he's getting help off Iris West for bar needs, recruitment, etc. So this might open CR with her as well?

I just wasn't sure what kind of place it is! If there's any gambling, Kaz is an amazing dealer. But he will do literally any job.

He'd find out what he could about Crane and he'd definitely approach him pretty bluntly. More CR is always good.

As you might have noticed, things have been super busy for me lately so not a lot of rush I guess

I should also note, the details of Quintessence are easy to fudge in a pinch, much like a lot of things in Voltron. I can break down the rules as I understand them, but there's plenty of ??? parts like how someone got an addiction to it and then overdosed and became a zombie. Kinda.

KO might actually inquire if there's anything that could corrupt quintessence, similar to how there's dark energon.

Not exactly, no. It is, however, something that can be a corruptive force itself, and the way it's refined seems to have an impact on that. (Or simply the volume -- the addict-zombies I mentioned basically stepped directly into a pocket dimension where all space is a pure quintessence field.)

The creators put it this way -- quintessence isn't something you can call good or evil. It's more comparable to medicine, where it can be useful and even vital, but in high quantities grows toxic. A large part of that being that quintessence is very responsive to personality and will, and can easily "grab on" to someone's negative traits and magnify them.

Oooh the concept of its properties changing based on who it's reacting with is something he'd never considered. That plus your explanation done ICly could kick something off.

Sort of, in a magical way. His world has a realm called the Nevernever which is kind of a quantum subrealm, and there are wormhole like passages through it called the Ways, some of which are safe and some of which are not.

No energy sensing or magic unfortunately, just any networked technology/tech that can send and receive. I will keep an eye out for meeting opportunities! Allura's Halloween party shows some promise (if I can get my act together this week).
