ok here's what i want, i want rupes being dashing af, valiantly vanquishing zombies like it's his fucking job, it's just beautiful, he's stunning, everyone in a fifty mile radius is a little bit turned on and they don't even know why, yes, even the zombies, that's how fucking hot he is, so quick on his feet, so nimble, maybe he's even had his shirt ripped somehow who even knows,

Character's powers: Shiro is psychically bonded to an alien lion mecha and on his own can shapeshift into a black panther, a hawk, and a wolf.
Is your character registered/will they be?: He's registered.
Where does your character live?: Nonah #004 but in the process of getting a new place and moving out.
Are you looking for roommates?: Nope, full up on those.
What is your character's job?: Currently a waiter at a cat cafe but he's seeking to be a us air force pilot of some sort. He's a pilot and knows he's way better at that than anything else he could be doing.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:
Shiro is a reliable kind of guy that does his best to help out and protect people as best as he can. He keeps his own issues very close to his chest. They're his to deal with. He loathes people making choices for him. For good or ill, it's his life.

He was and is the star pilot of his universe's earth defense force/space exploration team. He's damn good at it and can math out how to push any fast-moving vehicle to its limits. He's also good with people, preferring to handle their issues over his own. That's not going to change when he finds out just what his future has in store for him. He'll double down on it.

As I think about it, his only urgent needs right now are finding more answers, but that's par for the course just by being in this world. Other than that he's fun to hang out or work with! His jokes are bad but he's steady, usually calm, and interested in everyone around him and making sure they have their say and are heard.
What are your character's plans?: At present Shiro is trying to fix the backdoor built into his robotic arm and gather as much information as he can on the events that have gone on before. He strongly believes piecing it all together could explain what's going on now.

It might even lead to a solution.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Nope, he doesn't shy away from being connected to what he is The Black Paladin.
Where can your character commonly be found? Usually in Nonah unless there's a crisis then he's where ever the thick of the problem is. He can be most frequently found in libraries and at his workplace. Toward the end of the day, he'll hit a gym to unwind if he isn't out for an evening run as human shape or a wolf. He's a lot harder to track down if he's a wolf. The clue is to look for the robotic lion somewhere nearby.
Is your character open for pairings?: Nope.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: I'm completely fine with it, but I prefer to discuss the method and how much.
Is your character interested in teams?: Shiro's with his fellow Paladins and offering to join up on the emergency response team. Good for now, but he'll work with anyone that needs a hand helping the public. It doesn't matter to him if they're registered or not.
What kind of plots are you after?: He won't see anyone dead but, he can lend a hand on rescuing people from the train. I haven't quite decided what else to toss him at besides Warfle Garfle. But, I'd like to build cr with any other pilots and space-faring people. Definitely, want to further cr that's been started. In general, I want to get him more involved and working with a wider and wider circle of people.

If his own problems come up along the way, I'll slowly build him up to actually dealing with them.

RUNDOWN: To the undiscerning eye, Ronan Lynch is an alcoholic edgelord with a penchant for upsetting people. To a psychic, however, he's a stick of dynamite in the middle of a crowded room. Ronan is a dream thief who's also a dream. This means he has access to the world's collective unconscious and he can bring anything out of it, turning it into reality. That's a lot of power to put in the hands of an unstable teenager with a latent death wish. Luckily for everyone, that power is currently in the hands of Kylo Ren.

Where does your character live?: Officially? De Chima #004. But he and Harley are in the process of relocating to a new hideout.
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character works for Joker (or would like to!) and is interested in moving into that new hideout with him, let’s chat. Otherwise, no.
What is your character's job?: Talent scout for the De Chima Laugh Factory.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He's a style- and comedy-minded terrorist who's obsessed with getting Batman's attention. Charm him with your knowledge of old comedies, your twisted sense of humor, or your criminally useful skill set. If your character would like a job as a henchclown, the industry is booming! Hmu if you're interested. I'd also like to find him a few more villain buddies, ranging from small-scale crooks to full-out supervillains. Basically, if your character is out to cause trouble, we need to talk.
What are your character's plans?: Well, he’s up to no good, of course. He also has Marco impersonating him atm, so it’s very possible that the Joker your character thinks they saw the other day was, in fact, a fake.
Does your character have a secret identity?: He has a secret past, but otherwise, no. He’s just the Joker.
Where can your character commonly be found? He rarely leaves De Chima these days, and he’s been spending less and less time out and about even there. You can still catch him sometimes at the Laugh Factory, though, as well as elsewhere in De Chima.
Is your character open for pairings?: No, he’s involved with Harley and I’m not looking to change that.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Please. To both.
Is your character interested in teams?: Only with crooks.
What kind of plots are you after?: I'm looking for crime plots, dark comedy, screwy not-quite-friendships, and negative CR of all types, as well as anything that can challenge him and push back against his ideas of how the world works. I’d also enjoy writing some fight scenes, so if that appeals to you, please lmk.
Anything else?: Joker's very outgoing and is big on networking with people, so if your character spends much time in the De Chima area (especially if they're into anything less-than-legal), let's figure out how they might know this clown.

Crow likes to have fun and avoid responsibilities! He's the brilliant but lazy type, more than capable of doing pretty much anything he wanted to if he actually... WANTED to. He's a good field medic and an excellent fighter in multiple combat styles. He's really good at games-- billiards, darts, card games, chess... he's also pretty good at sleight-of-hand. He's really good at strategy, whether it's in games, on the battlefield, or backstage planning a surprise blowout concert.

What are your character's plans?: He doesn't actually have any beyond "having as much fun as I can" and living for the present right now.
Does your character have a secret identity?: NOT... CURRENTLY....
Where can your character commonly be found? Either bumming around Heropa or Marturia Falls. Though if it's Marturia Falls, he's probably hitting up some underground gambling rings. It's not uncommon to see him at shooting ranges (he normally dual-wields pistols) or in any given gaming store trying out all manners of different card games.
Is your character open for pairings?: Sure but while he's quick to get to the physical side, he'll be pretty slow burn on the emotional end of things.

He's also the hero trying to kill the bad guy. Everything that ever went wrong in his world can probably be traced back to his attempts to stop things from going wrong in his world. He's an expert in quantum mechanics and entering people's houses without invitation. He's also an excellent source of esoteric rambling about fatalism versus causal determinism.

Are you looking for roommates?: P. sure they're full up, but he's definitely looking to move out down the line.
What is your character's job?: Selling Halloween costumes. Even though as far as he can tell the categories are "comedic," "seductive," and "normal clothes."

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: His skills include being absolute flaming garbage at interacting with other people but somehow being less of a maniacal asshole in comparison to most Sith, biting commentary, being a petty little shit...you know, Sith Stuff. But he's also good at taking charge of bad situations ~~usually under protest~~, making decisions on the fly, and keeping his head firmly on his shoulders even when everything around him is going spectacularly wrong. While he lacks the brute force of larger Sith Lords in battle, he more than makes up for it with an edge in speed, agility, and control over lesser utilized or rarer aspects of the Force. Also at stubbornly refusing to die, and at this point it's probably equal parts due to the ghosts and spite.

He likes order and wants things to run efficiently and smoothly, even though he knows at this point the universe will never allow it. He does appreciate some of what the Republic and the Jedi are selling, but firmly believes both lack the conviction or the power to actually see things through. He honest to god hates people who insist on letting their own ego or greed get in the way of making things actually work for the benefit of everyone. He's definitely going to dislike the stupid "you're not allowed to murder the bad guys" rule once someone gets around to explaining it to him because are you serious DO YOU WANT CRIME?!

On the list of things he needs most: A goddamn vacation, followed closely by Therapy. All the therapy. He is an absolute disaster of unresolved crises, unaddressed emotions, and paranoia due to the fact that his life so far has been one long procession of people trying to kill him. Usually after betraying his trust.

What are your character's plans?: ~~To exist as a sentient mass of anger and salt~~ He doesn't have anything concrete yet! But at some point he actually will try to get involved in doing Big Damn Hero stuff and trying to keep the peace.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Not really.
Where can your character commonly be found? In all likelihood, he'll find you. But he does check his inbox. ~~Which I still have yet to properly set up~~
Is your character open for pairings?: I mean, I guess? Maybe? He's still kind of hung up with regrets and unresolved feelings toward his former pupil (and generally having so, so many issues), but it's not totally off the table.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Sure? I'd prefer he not actually die atm, and he generally won't actually try to murder anyone unless he feels like they genuinely deserve it. He's not as kill-happy as most Sith and actually believes that's like, the third or fourth option on the list of punishments, not the first. Unless they're causing trouble or doing a mayhem, anyway.
Is your character interested in teams?: Not at the moment, but he could be convinced. He'd partner up in the short term if he saw the need, but anything permanent would take some convincing.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Skills: lol wut (no but really, he's not actually very good at much other than being a good listener and unloading his baggage on anyone at all who will listen now that it's safe to do that). Likes: Running, sparring, working out, reading. Dislikes: Supernatural hunters, people he cares about being hurt, not being filthy stinking rich (it's really cramping his style tbh). He doesn't really have any urgent needs right now.
What are your character's plans?: Ehhh, well his plans are pretty much make friends, start new life, enjoy. My plans are for him to learn how to effing fight, crack his I'm So Sociable and Happy veneer with the ghost train, and...yeah.

Where can your character commonly be found? De Chima, mostly, but that's really because he seldom has anywhere else to be? Heropa once in a while when he's stealth-checking on Stiles. I could be wrong, he might be in Nonah once in a while.
Is your character open for pairings?: Yeah, he's probably not actively looking, but he's also not closed off to it. He's straight, though, sorry boys. You're welcome to try and he'll be nice, but he's not interested.

I'm completely on the same page as you re: not forcing uninvolved characters (and therefore their players) into drama if they don't want to be a part of it OOCly. When it comes to stuff like that, I definitely like to make sure that anyone who has characters who'd get pulled into it are 100% on board and that we just come up with a plausible reason to leave the players who don't want any part of it out of it so it doesn't affect them, their characters, their CR, etc. And having a character where basically every thread is going to need a cw for something or another, I'm a fan of touching base on an OOC level just to make sure we're on the same page and there's nothing that's going to upset the person I'm writing with (which, while I'm writing this, her opt-out post is here).

But I would definitely love to chat! I'll add you on Plurk if that's okay (I mean, I'm assuming so since your TL left it for anyone who wanted to RP but. You know.)

But that makes total sense, regarding the justice system and not wanting one of them to get ratted out over and over and over. I know from Harley's perspective, her response wouldn't be to go to the cops; it'd be to handle the situation privately. And I'll drop a link to this convo to K (who plays Joker, and is a delight... she's also the type who's all about making plotting work for everyone involved and not throwing uncomfortable scenarios on people who aren't interested... and... let's face it... Joker's not going to be running to the cops either, unless it's pre-ooc-plotted hilarity that's meant to make everyone go "wtf is happening here?") because I think she'd be interested in this.

He's a fanatically religious serial killer who targets people just like him because they are an affront to God and a danger to society. Despite his nature, he's sincerely invested in the good of humanity and protecting the world from evil, passionate about medicine and saving lives, and committed to virtuous acts.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He's a geneticist, cybernetics designer, fleet commander, waker up of ancient horrors cos he got curious. He likes himself, and people who like him. He dislikes very few people but will insult far more. He urgently needs a new laboratory, and attention. Lots of attention.
What are your character's plans?: He's going to be building a lab in Jeopardy to start with, with the eventual goal of making a secret facility, either underground or underwater. He's also planning on doing experiments on his Old Grineer form, with the eventual intent of cloning it.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Absolutely not.
Where can your character commonly be found? Around Jeopardy, cutting in line at Moondoes Coffee Shop, trying to find a gym that understands the importance of making your butt look fantastic.
