How does this work? It's easy!

⒉ Comment to other people! See if their answers fit anything you're looking for and if yours fit anything they are. Don't be intimidated, carpe diem, we like to party.

Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Where can your character commonly be found? Places that might enable chance meetings, or give a basis for common ground!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

What is your character's job?: Professor at Nonah University. Therapist. Owner of the Iceberg Lounge.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Crane is a patient and intellectual introvert who likes psychological manipulation. He's a competent psychiatrist underneath his lack of ethics if you can tolerate him. If your character acts cultured or needs therapy he's up their alley.
What are your character's plans?: Him and Joker have a scheme cooked up for December. Otherwise, he's living a seemingly normal life: teaching at university, frequenting the Iceberg Lounge, etc. He's very much built up his Crane persona again, but this isn't who he is beneath it all.
Does your character have a secret identity?: The Scarecrow.
Where can your character commonly be found? Nonah [University and Home], Iceberg Lounge, feeding the pigeons poison.
Is your character open for pairings?: No, he's comfortable being alone and I'm not going to change that.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Let's discuss it first. He's patient and vengeful when it comes to people "bullying" him.
Is your character interested in teams?: If he benefits from it but he's likely to say no.
What kind of plots are you after?:

Honestly, I can see Marco signing up for therapy with him as a joke (since he knows/will eventually know Crane's involved in the baddie side of thing). Then he can say he's getting therapy and not actually fix anything!

Hey! Crane does regard his job seriously. Marco doing it as a joke would piss him off pretty quickly? It's something he'd likely pick up in prescreening that wouldn't get him through the door. Unless it's a deliberate choice on his part. Something something I'm helping people. Look, am I not respectable?

I was seeing sort of a he gives completely honest answers on the pre-screening and they are fucked. up. Or maybe it isn't even a joke and he agrees to try if Peter or David ask him to, but he wants an imPort and David's his friend so that's out. So he'd get Crane. And this kid is... there's a lot to unpack there.

Hmn. Crane does love pet projects to keep him busy. And as long as Marco doesn't mess around he'd not mind working with him. What would he want help with specifically? Anxiety? Social interactions?

Not freaking people out. So probably social interactions. Resentment. PTSD. Depression.

So many problems in such a tiny person.

Gotcha. Marco can hit up his inbox when he's ready? Or hell, ask Joker if he knows a good therapist. Cause that'd make my laugh my socks off.

And uh. Is it hiring? I have a young, clever criminal looking for dishonest work.

Not yet! I took it over earlier in the year when the bar's former owner left the game [and their character dumped their ownership on Crane], but haven't given it much thought. If it helps, I can start writing something up and submit it to the business page.

And it is! Though Crane's hiding in plain sight when it comes to committing crimes. He's rebuilding his reputation and doesn't want to risk it too much BUT he knows people who are employing. Both NPCs and PCs.

Might be interesting if your guy came up and went "Gimme a crime job". Threw that temptation right in his face.

Also he's getting help off Iris West for bar needs, recruitment, etc. So this might open CR with her as well?

I just wasn't sure what kind of place it is! If there's any gambling, Kaz is an amazing dealer. But he will do literally any job.

He'd find out what he could about Crane and he'd definitely approach him pretty bluntly. More CR is always good.
