Wei Ying purposely doesn't look, not sure he even wants to know what the other man thinks. He doubts it's anything positive. He doubts Lan Zhan agrees with him. And the stony silence reinforces that doubt.

One more big gulp, and that's the first bottle gone. He's hardly noticed the taste- a shame, a quiet part of him says. He's reaching blindly for another bottle when the other man surprises him. He blinks and slowly peeks up at Lan Zhan, lips parted just a little.
