It's just a theory, nothing more. You can point your explosions at someone if and when I can prove it. But it's what makes the most sense to me, since I've never heard of a Quirk allowing time travel or dimension crossing like this. That doesn't mean such a Quirk doesn't exist, but if someone COULD do that... we'd know about it.
