[She's never been good at standing by during... well, anything. If there's a chance of her fixing something, she's going to go for it.
Right now she's not sure who needs fixing more. The old lady definitely needs her purse back, but something's not right with the one who ran off with it either. Uncle Luke's always been big on trying to bring people back around.
For now, she's holding the purse snatcher in place telekinetically. Good place to start.]
