Jin was nervous about this whole thing, not helped by the fact that he always assumed the others would blame him for his fuck ups more than they actually do and he doesn't have the awareness to be able to anticipate that.

It's almost like they took kidnapping their classmate personally or something? And Bakugo himself threatened his life both times he talked to him (so maybe they haven't all been civil but honestly the fact that Bakugo didn't actually explode him when he had the opportunity to was close enough for the kid. Or maybe Twice's bar for 'civil' was just above the floor.).
