I'm hoping for more tense CR with Annie and Erwin in the future, I'm going to have to brainstorm something awesome for them, maybe stranding them somewhere together.

And Minako is determined to teach Annie all about being a teenage girl. She thinks Annie is capable of it, she'll take her to a movie or a concern so she can say she's done that at least once, every teenage girl has to. And shopping, oh yes, there has to be a shopping trip sometime.

Character's powers: Bear transformation and Bear familiars
Is your character registered/will they be?: Tentatively registered, though that's probably going to change pretty soon.
Where does your character live?: Currently, Heropa government housing, but he and Ellie are planning on moving into their own plan, also pretty soon!
Are you looking for roommates?: No.
What is your character's job?: Smuggling meth for Jesse Pinkman. I actually need to get Joel some kind of cover job. May possibly be looking into him going into something to do with carpentry work, as he was a fully qualified construction carpenter before the outbreak back in his world.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Joel is a very selfish, very grumpy, very world-weary guy who has seen and done and experienced way too much brutality and pain and suffering to really care about anyone else. He is a good dad to Ellie (for the most part) but he's a pretty shitty person, and he's a shitty person because that's what life has taught him and that's how he's managed to stay alive back in his world. He struggles immensely with trying to slot himself back into civilian life - on the one hand, a peaceful, quiet civilian life is all he's really wanted for the last twenty years, though knew that would never be a reality for him ever again, and so has been trying to come to terms with finding himself in that very reality in Heropa. On the other hand, he's incredibly bitter and seen the absolute worst in humanity, and he can't stand the pettiness that comes with civilian life. So, he's found himself in a strange paradox with regards to life in Heropa. But so long as he and Ellie are safe, that's all he truly cares about, and he's poured all of his struggles with adjusting to civilian life into Ellie.

As mentioned, Joel was a fully qualified construction carpenter back in the day, and I'd be interested in doing something with that, actually. Joel is very practical, he likes hands-on work, he is very skilled at crafting explosives out of bare minimum materials and can is a dead-eye shot with a firearm or arrows. I want to do something with the musician side of him that he's pretty much shut out of his life as a result of everything he went through back at home. As for his urgent needs, like I mentioned, I want to get him some kind of cover job.
What are your character's plans?: Currently, finding a new place for Ellie and himself to live, being shitty that Riley, Ellie's best friend, has turned up, and keep peddling meth once a week.
Does your character have a secret identity?: "Grizzlyman", though he's never used it.
Is your character open for pairings?: I would be pretty interested in exploring this, actually. I would be interested in delving into how Joel handles a relationship with all of his baggage and all of his issues. It'd have to be slow-progressing, though, and realistic. I'm also open to the prospect of Joel having a fuckbuddy, too.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes! So long as Joel isn't killed, I'm totally up for this, for both Joel hurting others and others hurting Joel. It was his whole life back in his world lol. I love writing out fight scenes, so yes yes yes!
Is your character interested in teams?: He prefers to work on his own or with a partner whom he trusts. He will work in teams of he can see it's necessary or if it's beneficial to his cause. Otherwise, no.
What kind of plots are you after?: Anything that I've talked about above! And anything else you can think of. Anything that involves Ellie, too. If your character has CR with Ellie, I would love to have Joel be some way involved. Feel free to hit me up with ideas!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Copypasta of her official description: "A brave, 14 year old girl, Ellie has grown up in this harsh world and it is all she has ever known. She's an orphan who was raised in a boarding school run by the military within the bounds of the quarantine zone. Naïve and curious about the outside world, she is wise beyond her years and highly capable of taking care of herself and those around her. Obsessed with comic books, CDs, and other pop culture, her knowledge base is filled by the remnants of a world that no longer exists." Which mostly still applies, though she's learned quite a bit about modern conveniences and, due to her canon point, has much more of a survivor mentality. She's good at fighting tooth and nail to stay alive, likes video games and comics, dislikes dumb stuff like politics and money, and really needs more adult figures in her life besides Joel.
What are your character's plans?: Figure out how to deal with her dead best friend being in her life again. Whooooa survivor's guilt.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Nnnnnnot really. She has the name, but doesn't use it.

Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes! Though, you know, regeneration powers. She doesn't know her limits yet, so I'd be more than willing to volunteer her for injuries--and the wrath of Joel can be avoided by her healing up and not telling him! ... or telling him, if that's your thing :')
