How do you handle so much responsibility at such a young human age?

Being a big sister and working in my parents' restaurant helped, I think. As the oldest sibling I already had a lot of responsibility in looking out for my brother and sister, and watching the restaurant while my parents were doing prep. It seemed normal to just slip into doing more.

...I have to remember that human siblings aren't necessarily born at the same time. Any set of Cybertronian siblings - outside of groups who chose to become family - are twins.

Uh-huh. Multiples happen- my sister has a pair of twins in her grade at school- but it's most common to just have one at a time. And to wait a while between having more kids. My brother is 2 years younger than me, and my sister's 4 years younger. Or... was. I keep aging here, but they're stuck back home at the ages they should be.
