aww yeah it's question meme time

Time to bring back one of my old faves...

the QUESTION meme

Simple and easy! Here's how it goes:

1. POST a top-level with your character name

2. REPLY to other people's top-level with a question for that character

3. ANSWER the question you were asked

4. ASK a question of that person's characters in return!

We go back and forth like this asking questions in a thread until one or both of us runs out of questions!

QUESTIONS CAN BE ANYTHING. Serious or silly as you want! What does Jane think of (x)? What does Sarah have for breakfast? How many times a day does Alex masturbate? What's Tom's dream job? The only limit for questions is your imagination.

Replies can be as monosyllabic or as tl;dr are you want; it's up to you. Go wild kids!

on a scale of one to ten, how on-board is john with this superhero thing?

Back in CNC, John got really into it. Like eleven out of ten into it. He and Sherlock were on a case and created vigilante heroes in order to infiltrate a group and he was dressed in all green and called himself "The Mad Batter". He had so much fun with that investigation.

Here, he is probably sitting around eight or nine. He isn't a superhero himself, but he's friends with Batwoman and Power-Girl (he hasn't figured that out yet though) and he'll never stand by when someone is in trouble. He considers himself the run-of-the-mill kind of guy next to the real deals, like Captain America and Bat family.

Veronica is allowed to request one item from home that she doesn't have here. What would she pick and why?

oh my god, THE MAD BATTER, I'M. not saying that's the greatest thing i've ever heard but it kind of is!!!!

i don't know if it counts as an item, but probably her dog. her dog back-up is basically her best friend and, a lot of the time, makes her feel safe -- like, he's named back up for a reason, right? right. and i think the idea of having a friend from back home, especially a friend that is part of her family, is a nice stand-in for her dad. and she loves her dad.

if you mean item-items, though, probably a photograph of her group of friends from highschool. one of which is dead and was her best friend (and whose murder she helped solve, because this is television and you can do that at seventeen), one which is her ex boyfriend, and one who is also an ex boyfriend but left the country because he stole a baby. all that drama aside, it's a really important, really treasured time from veronica's life where things were good and simpler.

does john want kids! perhaps, more specifically: would he still go on cases when he has a family? (i'm talking missus, two and a half kids, white picket fence.... well, not the white picket fence. more an apartment. still.)
