Time to bring back one of my old faves...
Simple and easy! Here's how it goes:
1. POST a top-level with your character name
2. REPLY to other people's top-level with a question for that character
3. ANSWER the question you were asked
4. ASK a question of that person's characters in return!
We go back and forth like this asking questions in a thread until one or both of us runs out of questions!
QUESTIONS CAN BE ANYTHING. Serious or silly as you want! What does Jane think of (x)? What does Sarah have for breakfast? How many times a day does Alex masturbate? What's Tom's dream job? The only limit for questions is your imagination.
Replies can be as monosyllabic or as tl;dr are you want; it's up to you. Go wild kids!

also that's...........well.
okay so JoJo's been around almost as long as i've been alive (that's 25+ years) and it's still going with 8 parts under its belt but shhh. it's okay. the plot isn't nearly as complicated as people think a story this long is, so it ends up being a fast read. if you want to start with steel ball run (which has 95 chapters) i don't blame you, but if you do you kind of miss out on some things because it does a lot of throwbacks to other parts, especially part 1. even if you just consider diego, a lot of the tension in the scenes he's in with wondering what he's going to do depends on the audience knowing what dio brando is like, and he's literally evil incarnate. you won't miss anything story-wise, though.
the good news is that there's a 2012 anime out and it went through parts 1 and 2 faithfully. right now it's in the middle of part 3 but they're taking a break until next year. now's your chance to catch up! the rest can be read here!
it's a fun read but there's also a good amount of depth to it even if the story telling is really cheesy. it's the good kind of cheesy, plus there's also a lot of cute family moments and even if the characters seem ridiculous, they still act like real people. just...the exaggerated versions of people.

She's lonely 8( Which is a weird and unpleasant feeling for Mabel Pines social butterfly BUT THERE IT IS! She and Dipper bonded so much over the first half of their summer that while she has friends in Heropa (and bothers them c o n s t a n t l y) it's just not the same as having Dipper. It doesn't help that he's also the person she'd normally rely on to solve things like Russian code cyphers and the mysteries of the porter. That is not her wheelhouse! She knows it! And Dipper not being around to bounce ideas off of her and eventually SOLVE THE THING and and encourage Mabel's inner conspiracy theorist is eroding her mystery twin confidence.
tl;dr mabel's gonna mabel but without dipper she's only at 80% obnoxious joy capacity instead of her usual 100%

pfffthaha NOPE Klarion still sucks at people. He doesn't think he really needs any friends apart from his cat, and he's still kind of in denial about being stuck here. He just assumes that sooner or later he'll clever his way out of things, and in the meantime he's being as much of a twerp as ever without thinking about potential consequences! That's probably going to backfire on him one day.
