She has done some reading up on the Titans because it comes up in affiliated circles to reading up on the fates. And her thoughts are HOLY COW THERE ARE VERY MANY and they did a great many things, good and ill - I mean. Look at the sun and moon. Titans. (Originally.) The moon often still is, and it's weird having a collection of stories where it's not just Titans locked underwater, but Titans who also were better things, or at least more necessary parts of the world in Greek mythology. Helios, Selene, Prometheus... there are some interesting Titans out there to examine and think over.
Also not enough eating of people wow. (Highlights how dissimilar they really are to the concept on her world.)

Unrelated, but what's his biggest fear at present in the gameverse? If he has one!

It's odd, people calling him friend and all that, but the collection back home isn't the opposite of eclectic, either. A bunch of psychiatrists with varying refined tastes, the science team has their quirks but they're all at the top of their game, his boss has been in the job a damn long time and at one point was stationed in Italy for whatever reason, the reporter who manages to go through so much traumatic shit and showers the blood off her face before she updates more photos and juicy details, the various serial killers, Abigail, his class...there's a big mix back where he's from, but most of them don't get where they are without being on top of everything in some way. So different personality types and all is something he's used to (GO FIGURE) but when it comes to...vampire wolves and talking dogs and Teen Titans and Valkyries and people from worlds that are just like !!!!!! it's a big culture clash, yeah, but there are personalities there he can find and key in on and that makes it easier. If there was ever anyone who literally was so inhuman in their make they could not be understood, that's what would throw him off the most. The sci-fi/fantasy gang is something he's pretty much as used to as he can be at this point, made easier by being able to peg basic and bigger aspects of them. There are a few worlds he has no desire to try and fully understand, though, but that's not a reflection of the not-friends collection he's got going on!
A big fear is that he'll get a text/woken up by Freddie Lounds reporting a slew of suspiciously familiar murders and he'll have to go back to the line of work he was so totally okay leaving behind. Or that he'll get a ping from her or someone else in the crew about suspiciously familiar murders one of which was somebody we know wow this sucks! Will's driven by fear about a lot of things, canonly states he fears not knowing who he is, that's not the same as it is in game, being on medication and treated and not playing serial killer bloodhound blah blah blah. But even though he's healthy he's still behind and doesn't know exactly what went down back home but a lot of it sounds awful—if he goes back, what's he going to find out about everyone he knows and their current states as well as who he becomes, wouldn't it be better if he just never did that? Being Ported out for any length of time and then returning seems like horror, what's behind that curtain, can it stay closed.
If Annie stayed in game long enough (or if canon updates and the age hits there) to continue with schooling, graduate, etc., is there any specific course of study you think she'd want to pursue in higher education? Would she want to do any college, would she just dive into some job, would she take all her stuff and move the hell away from society, what would her steps in a setting like this be when it comes to hitting the old age of 18?

I think it would depend on the influences in her life at that point. She would do well in investigative work, she could in theory go the route of pursuing medicine for the sake of surgery (she would have nerves of steel, doesn't actually feel bad cutting in to help people, wouldn't be grossed out when it was all controlled and meant to help, bizarrely) and she wouldn't need much bedside manner for that... or work even as an assistant in administration, dealing with paperwork, to help people who are trying to better the world and the structures people rely on in that world achieve their ends. So it's... about where she's at at the time, what supports she has, and what kind of push she gets.
Though she will take time where she fucks off into the wilderness just for some nice alone time, maybe drag Reiner along, or anyone else she feels particularly close to.
But for turning 18, she's set up to already be out of school, so more of what it means is "at last this society sees my perpetual adulthood" and finding that funny.

ahaha there is actually a heated discussion about what Will would do if he quit that culminates in "You go back to your classroom and there’s more killing that you could have prevented, it will sour that classroom forever." "Maybe. Then maybe I find a job as a diesel mechanic in a boatyard." so the bait shop isn't the dirty mechanic who gets overlooked, no, but it's sooooo down his alley. And I do have him on call for boat repairs with like NPC marinas and stuff—side work, you know? April jokes about burning the shop down for fire insurance money, that's pretty much what would have to happen other than the community getting overrun with serial killers like the one back home. Like he could do bait shop duty + consult on cases but if it got super bad then he'd have to pick one over the other and if it is that bad then like...welp. So it's basically he's going to stick with happy fun happy time happy fishing happy and happy underwater happy land until everything above ground is a river of blood and ears and he puts his nose back to the grindstone.
Annie discovers Thriller. It's October, it's a big thing, this could reasonably happen in a thread that's totally with someone else. Marty did it. Anyway. Discovers Thriller and that this guy had a lot of music. Does she click around to see more, and what the hell happens if she discovers Smooth Criminal? Probably nothing happens unless she sees a set up for her being trolled, in which case she might narrow her eyes and look over at the person trolling, but... her name isn't uncommon, it'd be mildly interesting to hear some song with her name in it, but unless someone freaking serenades her it isn't going to have much impact.

THIS IS GREAT
it's great to not be shackled to the gills for every step he makes outside of a tiny cell and to have some sense of privacy, yes. he takes advantage of being able to eat whatever he wants and get up at 3am and make popcorn and shit he can't get in a hospital for the criminally insane. that's awesome. but it coming with the people who know ("know") what he'd be locked up for not side-eying him/outing him in the way that he is actually guilty—even the tiniest amounts of trust being extended his way could be a HUGE risk if he had done all that stuff he was going away for, and the fact of the matter that even though the relations he has here with his crew are all intense and unique and varied, none of them are legitimately afraid of him especially Abigail?

I don't think she thinks about it much. It's standard Titanness. I do think she'd be weirded out if she knew the series creator gave her a 10/10 of sexiness in Titan form. That is freaking weird. But she's not self conscious about it, to the point the detail of nudity doesn't come up when she talks about titans, because no freaking duh why would giant monsters wear clothes guys??? And when she's one she's a giant naked barbie doll what's there to worry about are you checking out her titanic butt
