aww yeah it's question meme time
Time to bring back one of my old faves...
Simple and easy! Here's how it goes:
1. POST a top-level with your character name
2. REPLY to other people's top-level with a question for that character
3. ANSWER the question you were asked
4. ASK a question of that person's characters in return!
We go back and forth like this asking questions in a thread until one or both of us runs out of questions!
QUESTIONS CAN BE ANYTHING. Serious or silly as you want! What does Jane think of (x)? What does Sarah have for breakfast? How many times a day does Alex masturbate? What's Tom's dream job? The only limit for questions is your imagination.
Replies can be as monosyllabic or as tl;dr are you want; it's up to you. Go wild kids!

He's also kind of not thinking about going back because he knows he won't remember being here aaand he knows he probably can't drag Ted with him because he keeps breaking the universe by doing stuff like that, but look, it's not FAIR is the thing. He should totally be able to have his cake and eat it too.
Probably he should talk to someone about it, "it" being a dozen different timestream related things, but again, the thing where he thinks if he does the universe will realize that it's given him something nice and probably break things again.
SO
BASICALLY
HE'S IGNORING EVERYTHING SERIOUS and kind of regressing to comfortable immaturity with his not-dead bff and ignoring anything that's hard to think about for the time being, i.e. until someone says something about it and he makes sad traumatized golden retriever faces again and then god only knows what'll happen.
HOW IS JAIME DEALING WITH THE WHOLE TED THING i should totally have booster hit him up now that their talk's done, huh

As for Jaime... well, for the most part, he's on cloud 9. For the first week after talking to Ted, he was basically at the stage where most teenage girls would be giggling into their pillows (HE MAY HAVE BEEN DOING THE SAME TBH). All Ted had to do was be kind, say that he was okay with him being the Blue Beetle AND MAYBE INVITE JAIME TO HELP WITH THE BUG (!!!!!) and Jaime was basically skipping the rest of the way home before fangirling with Brenda because his idol is here and he's really nice and he's not mad at him taking on the mantle or anything ISN'T TED GREAT????
Less superficially, he knows that it must be tough on Ted and Booster (and Peej), but there's not much he has to do with that. Mostly, he's determined to be super amazing at his Blue Beetle gig because if he disappoints Ted he might literally die.
(He's going to grow out of this eventually.)
AND YES Booster should hit him up! He's staying the hell away from Ted out of respect, which by proxy means that he hasn't been talking at all to booster either... not that they've chatted in the first place.
and have a question back, re: a different character! How's Dick doing on the crisis front right now? Has he regained any equilibrium?

Question: Jaime has to form his own super team in MoM for some reason. Who does he pick?

And oh gosh that's hard... and would be an all-DC team, because Jaime hasn't actually done any team-ups in MoM, so he's not aware of the rest of the superheroes. He needs to stop flying solo...!
He thinks PG is responsible, smart, and extremely powerful, so she'd go on the list. Booster would go on the list because he trusts him, despite only really working with him once and that one time consisting basically of Booster popping in like "lol dw kid I won't let you explode yourself".
...well done Jaime you have compiled a three person team. THEN PROBABLY WALLY by virtue of knowing him the best. All of the other heroes, he's only met once or twice and he's never actually worked with them, save for Bart (who he's unsure of working in a group setting) and Superboy (who has LISTENING ISSUES and why would you need sb when you have power girl right there). Moral of the story: Jaime has spent an entire half a year in MoM working alone. W-whoops.
HOW ABOUT BOOSTER does he have a dream team in MoM? How about in canon? (I would ask for Dick but I think I know his team, which is, you know, the Team.)
