Time to bring back one of my old faves...
Simple and easy! Here's how it goes:

it's a mess
Out of the original six founding members of the team, they're only missing Kaldur. BUT KALDUR IS KIND OF IMPORTANT, he's the oldest (in maturity) and the leader and he generally is the catalyzing agent that turns the group from a gaggle of teenagers into a cohesive unit. So right now their teamwork leaves much to be desired. Most of the time they seem to operate on their own, with the occasional pair-up; KF and Robin usually default to each other, Miss M and SB usually stick together, Artemis does the lone wolf thing but she'll bounce around depending on who she actually likes. The two babies (Beast Boy and Impulse) are sort of in limbo, but generally BB sticks with Miss M or Connie and Impulse usually drifts over to Wally's direction when he's not hanging with CK or Jaime. BUT. THE THING HERE IS THAT THEY GOT LOTS OF DISTURBING INFO ABOUT THEIR FUTURE and a lot of it hangs on the fact that each of them think that in the future, Kaldur goes off the rails and kills Artemis and then blows up their base of operations with Robin and Superboy still inside.
SO THERE IS
SOME FRICTION GOING ON HERE
Not to mention interpersonal relationships on the team which makes things awkward and also teen drama and without Kaldur to be around and sigh in exasperation like a mom and also promise them "no i will never ever kill you guys" IT'S KIND OF TENSE

Hahaha the answer to that is no. No, and she probably won't, unless Wally's like SLURPEES or something, she associates it with him now. She doesn't tend to seek out sugary things often on her own... they make her teeth ache, and they're so sweet! reiner braun, wally west, artemis, will graham, houka inumuta, tony stark, kanaya maryam, aracely, kaine, thundercracker, minako aino, light yagami, shinjiro aragaki...
out of all of those it's hard to say which is a greater influence, since they're all in different ways, and for (sometimes only slightly) different reasons. so it can't really be classified in any strict... tier? like. those people up there (and more i'm forgetting) have left an imprint on annie that's... there. it's part of her. IT MATTERS regardless of if they all disappear tomorrow it's still part of her. so... yeah. and again, for differing reasons! i'm not mentioning more than reiner for castmates because it's kind of covered elsewhere, but I need to mention him (bertholdt, too, but reiner has now been more constant and consistent).
QUESTION: right back at you, who has had the greatest influence on wally while he's been here?

just because wally's never actually felt RESPONSIBLE for anyone before, and bart is kind of forcing wally to be a little less selfish and a little more mature than he's used to being. i mean living on his own is doing that too, but wally's always been taken care of by other people and now he's not. and also there's someone else here who wally feels like should be taken care of, and doesn't really have anyone to look out for him so wally is that person. so probably bart, as far as changes to his personality go.
THO I WILL ALSO SAY that the following people get honorary mentions for their influence as well:
shade - OBV. he wants shade to hang up the villainy cape so bad but shade won't because it's fun robbing banks. wally wants to keep that guy from committing crimes but they're fighting right now (and by fighting i mean wally is sulking and shade is probably loling at him from jail)
jaime - cool chill dude with a REALLY FUCKED UP THING HAPPENING ie the scarab. jaime is gently wresting wally's intense control issues out of his grip because he has to trust that jaime will not let the crazy death-obsessed computer in his brain take over and kill things
power girl - she's both kind of a mentor figure and a friend here for him. wally wants to impress her somehow, so they always end up talking about serious stuff even though she's got a slammin body and wally wishes he could look at her boobs without feelings scuzzy (possibly feeling scuzzy is also tied to her being something of a mom figure for her and her VERY OBVIOUS DISGUST for him hitting on her)
ellie - another one of those "wally knows intellectually that her homeworld is fucked up but doesn't grasp the severity of it emotionally" people that wally is friends with. but she's cool and she handles her shit well and wally feels comfortable around her, even if he thinks her dad is loco
annie - wally from yj canon doesn't have a lot of experience with multi-layered 'bad guys' and shade and annie are really his first serious taste of that. shade because he's unapologetic about his past even though he claims to have moved beyond it, and annie because she's the "recovering villain" type. wally doesn't have any delusions about rehabilitating her like he does with shade, but that's also because he believes that regardless of what the reasons were, annie is truly remorseful for what she did, and really felt like she didn't have a choice. that totally absolutely does not make it okay and wally will probably always have that MURDERED 30 PEOPLE stamped into his brain when he thinks about her, but he's willing to move past it if she's making the effort to do the same and make up for what she's done.

Honestly past that it'd be weighing pros and cons about the effectiveness of the partnership and how much they'd adequately meet each other's needs and expectations so it'd run more like a business deal than... anything... else
