aww yeah it's question meme time

Time to bring back one of my old faves...

the QUESTION meme

Simple and easy! Here's how it goes:

1. POST a top-level with your character name

2. REPLY to other people's top-level with a question for that character

3. ANSWER the question you were asked

4. ASK a question of that person's characters in return!

We go back and forth like this asking questions in a thread until one or both of us runs out of questions!

QUESTIONS CAN BE ANYTHING. Serious or silly as you want! What does Jane think of (x)? What does Sarah have for breakfast? How many times a day does Alex masturbate? What's Tom's dream job? The only limit for questions is your imagination.

Replies can be as monosyllabic or as tl;dr are you want; it's up to you. Go wild kids!

So any heroes around Kotetsu looks up to al la Mr Legend? Or would if he were a kid again? Can't say Barnaby either.

Legend is sort of in a class of his own, tbh. Kotetsu's feelings about Legend go way behind just looking up to him, imo. He idolizes him, and has for so long that he isn't really even a person so much anymore as a concept, a symbol which represents everything of he stands for and wishes to be. Even if that pedestal is a bit cracked from the whole reveal that the man was losing his powers too and that Hero TV staged arrests for him so he could stay on top, it doesn't really change his 'status' as it were, as that symbol.

He does deeply respect all his coworkers back home and really anyone who chooses to be involved in their line of work, and some might even win his admiration in the future, but honestly I don't think he could ever have that level of adulation for anyone ever again. Because when he met Legend, he was just a little kid, a ten-year-old who felt lost and alone in the world, and Legend gave him a reason to believe in himself and something to strive toward. It could be said that Legend gave him his very identity, and Kotetsu doesn't really need that anymore. He's 37, and he's got a life and a family and sure he still has his self-worth issues and insecurities, but he's not that same scared child who desperately needed to be told he wasn't a monster. So imo, Legend will always stand apart from all others he ever comes to admire, if only for the fact that none of them were there for that critical moment he was given a reason to hope.

Which ties into the second part of this answer, because if he were to revert to being a child, it would depend on what age he was reverting to. If it were before the incident in the bank, then yeah, he could easily latch onto the first Hero that gave him that same kind of comfort and reassurance. Or not even necessarily a Hero--it's very possible that he could, especially if separated from his family, have gone the way of Kriem if he got his first taste of acceptance from a less than savory type. If it were to a point after the moment with Legend, he could look up to other Heroes and find them cool and everything, but they wouldn't be as awesome as Mr. Legend okok!!

SO KIMBLEY. Just how excited is he about the war brewing on the horizon? What are his plans in that regard?
