Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:
His skills run more in the vein of business and a shrewd lack of scruples. He's good at running a business, surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly! He's shrewd and surprisingly meticulous, and he's damn good at owning a nightclub. He's also damn good at smuggling, and finding out what people want and running with it. IE: No Man's Land. He's just really interested in money, status, and power above all, and anything that gets him those things, and also women. He's really good at anything that satisfies his needs. He's also outsmarted Batman. I mean, I'm not saying he's fucking intelligent, but he actually is pretty fucking smart.
He likes uhhhhhhh okay, alcohol, women, money, being on the top of his game, and making people know it. Ozzie loves being the top fucking dog, and he loves it when it brings him what he wants. He also likes birds. And trick umbrellas. He has a pet Lammergeier named Percival who he's trained to attack on command that he carries as his umbrella round when he's walking out and about. Revenge.
His dislikes? Anyone who belittles him, makes fun of him, anyone who's going to keep him from getting the status that he wants is distinctly an enemy. Batman. Being cheated out of a deal, getting called on cheating out of a deal. He really just dislikes anything that makes him look bad tbh.
What are your character's plans?: Resetting up the Lounge!! Ozzie needs his fuckin money!! I'm thinking of having him either set up in Maurtia Falls or De Chima, depending on where I finally decide, but that's some time off, as I'd like to play that slow. Ozzie is the kind of guy who will get his hands on anything that could resemble the black market though!!

Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: yes and yes
Is your character interested in teams?: team people from gotham who are shitty
What kind of plots are you after?: Anything with anything illegal!! I love getting ozzie to toe the line between reformed and what he finds is fun, by being a criminal mastermind. Giving him antagonists as well as allies! I'm really looking for anything and everything with Ozzie, so if you want someone who toes the line and definitely deserves more of a villain name, I'd look here for CR! He's also the kind of guy that if you want something bad to happen to a character, as long as we orchestrate it, I'm up for anything!

just so I can type out 'Pengy'.I racked my brain, thinking of how and why, and I sort of have an idea. Pengy's pretty well-known for providing info, so I was wondering if Floyd could come to him to ask about the Gothamites and other villains in this dimension. Maybe they could talk business-like over food at a shady restaurant.
In return, Floyd would have to owe a favor (since he's currently too broke to pay for intel).
