there's still a little while left before Discount Candy Day officially starts, so
It's Valentine's Day (or Pal-entines, or Gal-entines, or Severely Lacking in Morale-entines Day) and that means it's a day of feelings.
So let's talk about our characters' feelings for one another with...

That said, he thinks Jonathan is way too naive and soft-hearted, especially when it comes to Dio. Jotaro thinks that any attempt to mend fences with Dio is misguided, that Jonathan doesn't know what he's capable of, and he considers it personally offensive that Jonathan will defend the person responsible for endangering Holly's life.
Were it not for the subject of Dio, he'd see Jonathan as essentially a less jerky Joseph: Pleasant but out of touch. He does very much love his great-great-grandfather, but the issue of Dio is a very sore wound.

Which is funny in its own right, since half of the reason Jonathan's allowing himself to fall into a more genuine version of those seven years of childhood is because everything's led him to believe that he's going to be taking care of Dio once he goes home again. And of course no one can correct him for obvious reasons...
he's sorry he's disappointing you, greatx2 grandson ;A;
