TRYING TO BE MAD AT CLARK IS LIKE TRYING TO BE MAD AT THE DOG THAT CHEWED UP THE TOILET PAPER ROLL AND SPREAD IT ALL OVER THE HOUSE WHEN THE DOG STILL HAS BITS OF IT ON HIS MOUTH AND IS ACTING LIKE HE DIDN'T DO IT AND IS GENERALLY 2 CUTE 2 HANDLE

Clark is like a good ol' boy without any of the unpleasant undertones that can sometimes come with, as far as Will's seen. He's proactive! He's involved! He's a reporter with some form ethics who still talks to Freddie Lounds and doesn't let her get at him/make an ass out of himself talking to her (at least not publicly)! HE CALLS HIS FATHER PA Will thinks he's a rather nice guy with better intentions than most, and even tattling on Chilton for dropping deets isn't going to dent that. As long as Clark can keep his mouth shut when it really matters, well then, everything should be good to go, shouldn't it.

He might have to call him up and ask about some gardening tips, considering he just inherited all of Yuri's plants and has a yard to deal with...help.
