kotetsu doesn't have much opinion on riku yet! he seems like a nice kid though, earnest and sincere. he gets that riku's done bad things (that it sounded like he was manipulated into doing in the first place), but riku also sounds like he legitimately wants to turn his life around and be better, which is enough for kotetsu tbh
