What weird/potentially embarrassing habits do they have?

Ohhh gosh. Minato does a lot of things that are weird! And potentially embarrassing to those around him, but never to him, because he doesn't get embarrassed. Haha.

He'll do things like flatly ask overly personal questions in public... he'll just put on his headphones when he doesn't want to talk to anyone, even mid-conversation... most of these are leftover bad habits from his ten years of Failing At People.

Otherwise he's probably too withdrawn to do anything too weird. It's his psyche that's weird. lol Like, he still thinks in terms of social links sometimes even though he knows better.

HMM...does he have any weird hygiene habits or must-do routines?

He always sleeps flat on his back staring at his ceiling like a corpse. That's a little weird. He also is prone to sleeping in public. Hygiene wise he's kind of boring; he doesn't ever do anything to his hair, and so on.

As for must do, he has to listen to music every day or he gets cranky. He also checks in with every one of his close friends no less frequently than once every 10 days because he's a total busybody. His friends aren't aware it's a check in, he just makes sure to talk to them.

maybe when Edogawa-sensei lectured about occultism. that was entertaining and relevant to his life even if all his classmates thought it was tedious in the extreme.

MORE SERIOUSLY Minato doesn't have much of a preference. he finds it hugely daunting to imagine picking a major for college because he just doesn't... care. he's smart so he's good at school but it's not due to any passion about anything.

if pressed I'd say he likes history because he's gained a curiosity for people and records of actions make more sense to him than psychology.

Does Minato actually have enough self consciousness to have a guilty pleasure? If so what are they?

Minato feels obscurely bad at having to ask for Jaime's advice sometimes, does that count? Haha.

Minato doesn't ever feel guilty precisely, but he can be self-conscious very occasionally! (Asking someone else's opinion of him like it matters to him does make him self-conscious.) In the more spirit of the question, once in a while he just takes a total day off from being social link guru / leader and like. sleeps all day and lays in bed with his headphones on and stares at the ceiling and ignores all phone texts and calls. Screw everyone he is overwhelmed.

Secretly he occasionally gets overstimulated sometimes. Kind of like a cat. And then just goes fuck it and ignores the world for a day or two, lol. But if he did any longer than that he probably would feel actually guilty so he never does.
